I think every once in a while we’re guilty of buying seasonal pieces and wearing them once and never again. Like when I just recently bought a heart necklace that’s for Valentine’s Day tomorrow. Well, you can definitely transition each of these seasonal pieces into everyday outfits. It just takes a pinch of styling and a sprinkle of confidence.
I categorized the five groups of items that I think are more seasonal

Earrings-
Earrings are pretty versatile in terms of being used as seasonal pieces. A pair of silver hoops or studs would work seamlessly with a pair of heart earrings, or anything Valentine’s Day related. Of course the heart is such a classic symbol I say wear it wherever, whenever.

Necklaces-
The best things about necklaces is that you can layer them instead of wearing a single piece of jewelry. You can pair a gold heart necklace with other necklaces in the same metal in varying sizes like long, medium or short. Or if you have a chunky, bold valentine necklace you could always match it with one simple necklace or just wear it alone with a sweater/ blouse/ or blazer.

Bracelets/ Rings-
Bracelets and rings are similar to necklaces. You can either have them look understated by pairing them with similar metals or you can wear them on their own. I say make one of the cocktail rings the main piece that stands out, and wear smaller rings around it.

Scarves-
Huge fan of scarves, especially the ones that are bold and stand out on their own. However, if the scarf is bold and has hearts splattered all over it can it be worn more than once? The answer is “Of course it can.” The key to wearing a bold scarf more than once is layering. If you wore the scarf at your Galentine’s Bash you can wear it again with a black blazer and tone it down a bit. Or you can always put two scarfs together.

Socks-
The most fun you will ever have will be on your feet. You can definitely spice up any outfit with crazy socks regardless of the day, season or time. I’d say wear your valentine’s socks underneath a pair of black pants and it will be that kind of peak-a-boo moment anytime you shuffle around. Opt for a pair of flats or sneakers so you can really show off those socks of yours.
