The other day I was out shopping at Target looking for one specific thing. Well, of course, when you go into target you always leave with more than you intended to buy. Somehow I stumbled in the skin care aisle and was looking at the selection of toners.
I never had a huge interest in toner, so it was never necessarily in my skin care regimen. However, I talked to a friend of mine recently, who swore by witch hazel as a toner, and my thoughts on the matter 
were shifted. I sorted through targets ever-growing collection and found Thayer’s witch hazel toner. I figured I might as well give it a go.
Fast forward a couple of days, and I am completely head over heels with this product for three reasons:
1. It doesn’t dry my skin
2. The texture of my skin improved and it’s even
3. I don’t break out as much.
It’s alcohol-free and has a nice lavender fragrance that isn’t overpowering. The biggest problem I have with toners is that they usually dry out my skin, which is why I normally steer clear of them. I don’t have extremely sensitive skin, it is mostly combination, but it does go through some rough times. I use this toner at night by applying it to a cotton ball and wiping my face, and it completely clears all the buildup and oil on the surface of my skin. Going out on a whim and buying this product was the best decision, and my skin has definitely improved. You can find it at Target, Thayer’s, Walgreens, CVS, and Wal-Mart. It’s moderately priced, and I bought this particular bottle at $10.95.
